For orders that amount to more than 50.00 euros, TEZORO will void the shipping costs. In case that your order is lower than 50.00 euros the shipping costs will be:

• Payment on Delivery. The cost is 5.30 euros.
  You may process a cash payment equal to the items you have selected to the contracted agent who will process your delivery. This service applies exclusively to all deliveries in Greece. For shipping outside of Greece this service is unfortunately not available. Note: According to the law 4446/22-12-2016, which has been enacted since 1/1/2017, the payment on delivery option is not available for a sum greater than 500.00 euros.
  
• Credit/ Debit/ Prepaid Card. The cost is 2.90 euros.
• Deposit to Bank Account. The cost is 2.90 euros. The deposit should be made within three days from the date the order was made, which will be processed once you make us aware of your payment.

• Cash and pick-up from the store. After having made and thoroughly completed your order, you will be contacted by the store to arrange the pick-up date. Store hours are 09:00-17:00, and the contact number is +30 2310 282727.

For shipping to Cyprus, the payment methods and shipping fees are as follows:
• Deposit to Bank Account. The cost is 15,00 euros.
• PayPal. The cost is 15,00 euros.

The shipping of products happens via the Hellenic Post S.A. (ELTA), and their door-to-door Courier service, every day except weekends and holidays. The delivery occurs within 2-4 working days.

Independent of the way the items are shipped and the payment method you have chosen, you will be provided with a delivery code to enhance the way you are serviced.

Exchanges are acceptable within a timeframe of 10 working days, under the condition that the product is in the same condition that it was when purchased, in addition to receipt of payment. The shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The costs of the exchange or replacement are our firm's responsibility. No money refunds occur.
